Holist™ Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $199.99. For orders under $199.99, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free over $199.99
    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Calculated at checkout
  • Outside the United States
    • Standard International Shipping (7–14 business days) – Calculated at checkout
    • Expedited International Shipping (5–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Holist™ is not responsible for delays or costs related to customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or some international destinations. We will contact you if we can not ship your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Holist™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost/stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at returns@holist.us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
