Refund policy

Holist™ Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • Unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@holist.us to request approval before sending anything back.
If your return is approved, we will send return instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless your item arrived defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care items (including massagers and wearable devices)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Digital / virtual / downloadable products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at returns@holist.us if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To receive a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible). Once accepted, you may place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at returns@holist.us.
