Holist LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

If you believe that content available on or through our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as outlined below.

1. DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially all of the following:

3. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court in your district (or in Santa Clara County, California, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Counter-notices must be sent to our DMCA Agent listed above.

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Holist LLC may terminate user accounts that are subject to repeat or flagrant infringement notices at our sole discretion.
